how do yu query a charge on paypal???????

I have been charged last month and this month for The Royal Mail Group Ltd.  Why?  Who the hell can I ask

Did you ever get a reply to your question? 

This happened to me too, I got a charge of £45 show up in my bank account saying it was from Royal Mail using PayPal but I never use PayPal to pay for Royal Mail charges, and I didn't send anything costing that much for delivery!

I tried to report it via the resolution centre but there was no suitable option to report something like this, as the charge itself never showed up in my PayPal activity. I just got a message back from PayPal saying they had resolved the issue, and if I had any problems that I should contact the Financial Ombudsman!
