I have purchased a Mattress topper yesterday for the amount of $124.95. The payment has been taken out of my account by Paypal but I have not seen an email from Paypal or from the supplier in regards to what is happening with the purchase. I purchased the Topper yesterday morning and the money has been deducted from my bank account but there is still nothing showing on my activity log on my Paypal account. What do I do? Just wait until I here from someone?
I'm sorry to hear that you do not see the transaction in your PayPal account. Was the purchase made as a guest transaction using a debit card associated with that bank account? A guest transaction is one where you do not log into your PayPal account but enter the card number at the time of the purchase. Such transactions would not show in your PayPal account.
If it was not a guest transaction, please contact PayPal customer service to report the issue. A representative can investigate the situation and escalate the matter to a technician if there was a technical issue involved.
