Buyer says their payment is showing as pending

My buyer is saying their payment is showing as pending and i have to accept it. There's nothing showing on my account and don't know where to look to accept it. Any advice please?

One thing that comes to mind is that it is pending review by PayPal:

Pending Verification: We’re reviewing the transaction. We’ll send your payment to the recipient after your payment source has been verified.

Morning just checked all my 6 items that have been sold on ebay and 5 out of the 6 are showing payment pending on the item but yet there's nothing showing on paypal. Is there an error on my side do you think?

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
