Buyer Protection Eligibility

We are paying for a management company to arrange a bathroom refit. They are not set up to take the deposit by credit card. If we pay the deposit and all future installments by PayPal are we covered by Buyer Protection. The company is organising the whole refit, the trades people etc etc

That depends on many factors all listed in Paypals buyer protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection. Also do not use the friends/family option to pay.
