Business account, preapproved payments

Hi, Today I upgraded my account to business account. I try to find where is preapproved payments to allow my bank to change the currency of payment not the PayPal. I need this option when I pay for something. Where can I find this option? Regards

This is how for US PayPal business account but see if your site layout is the same::

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Money, banks and cards > Automatic payments > Set Automatic Payments
