Bus acct-each transaction need marked shipped to release payment hold?

I just upgraded to a business account a month ago.  The previous account worked fine with Shopify. I had no problems receiving payments.  Now each transaction processed through the paypal business account gets put on hold, and seems to require me to individually go into each order and select "get my money" to enter shipping confirmation before I will get the hold released.  My questions: Do these holds eventually go away after my new account builds a history of business payments? Also, I mark these transactions as Fulfilled via Shopify, and then deliver orders directly to customers locally. Marking the shipping info in Paypal seems to be a redundant and time consuming step, since it needs to be done individually for each order.  Is there a bulk "get my money" / shipping confirm function on these account i just haven't found yet?
