Hi, i am having problems paying a third party via Paypal. I can make payments to "friends and family" but if i try to say pay Ebay for something my transaction stalls and just keeps buffering. No matter how long you wait the icon just keeps spinning round. Any idea where the problems would be ? Would my firewall settings be to blame ? It`s most frustrating, any advice would be good thanks.
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
