I currently have insufficient funds to cover a pending transaction on my PayPal account. The eCheck payment came out of my bank account, seemed to clear, but was returned due to my having insufficient funds. PayPal retried the payment today. I read that if a seller cancels your eCheck payment, Paypal returns canceled eChecks amount to your PayPal balance. Is that still the case for checks that are bouncing? If the seller cancels right now, will the check amount go into my PayPal balance, or will it go back to my bank?
