I am new to paypal, I have linked credit cards and a bank account. I have not been able to these cards to make any purposes on paypal regardless of the size of the transaction. When I contact paypal support I get told it was for security reasons and are unable to provide any other info.
Some things I note:
My links credit cars do not have a status listed or option to confirm. Some paypal support staff have told me they are out confirmed others have told me they are not confirmed. Checking account shows status as confirmed.
All cards have sufficient funds available and I have contacted the cards customer service who have confirmed that they have approved transactions but denied by Paypal.
I am unable to pay invoices I have received and this is the vendors only method of receiving payment.
Any useful recommendations for a resolution would be greatly appreciated
