I need to get my payment from Udemy via PayPal. However, I don't get any money and they claim that PayPal is blocking the payment based on the country (Azerbaijan) associated with your PayPal account. Can you help me?

i am from india and i am also facing the same issue when contacted udemy they said that it has been blocked by paypal saying ACCOUNT_RESTRICTED.
