Billing and shipping address

Hello Community,

I bought something online and entered a US shipping address, after using my paypal account to pay I realized they changed the shipping address to my billing address, which is outside of the US, can I change the shipping address or should I cancel my payment?

Must cancel the transaction. Shipping addresses cannot be changed on the payment afterwards.
