I have been trying to purchase items from forever 21 and they are unable to verify my address.
I used paypal for payment because it seems like forever 21 has stopped accepting some international credit cards.
I have shopped there multiple times and have never received a message like this
I spoke with my bank and was informed that the transaction was authorized but Forever21 isn't processing it.
My billing address on PayPal is correct.
Upon check out on forever21 site- the billing address shows up as the shipping address.
why is this happening?
