My preferred paying method is my credit card. However, I made a purchase with Uber and PayPal took the amount from my PayPal account converting a charge in CAD to USD with their rates. Customer service agents told me three times how to change your backup payment method for a Billing Agreement even though I repeatedly told them that is not what I need. No matter what happens I would like to be charged from my preferred payment method and never from my PayPal balance. Can you please explain why this "Billing Agreement" forces me to use my PayPal balance? I've never consented to a Billing Agreement either, I simply wanted to pay for Uber using my preferred payment method through PayPal. It does not make sense and I am tired of being treated like I am stupid.
