I am a buyer who lives in Connecticut, USA and I want to purchase a motorcycle from a seller in Florida, USA. THe motorcycle will be shipped to me via UShip. How can I use Paypal to obtain buyer protection and to purchase the motorcyle? Should the seller issue an invoice to me? SHould I send the seller a PayPal payment? If there is a problem with the transaction after I have sent the money, is the shipping cost covered by PayPal buyer protection? Shipping costs will be in the $500-$600 range. Tim
