Being thrown under the bus by PayPal

I purchased an item in June. It wasn’t as advertised. I also had my bank card comprised in the process, and was charged twice for the same item. Now, if I could’ve gotten someone on the phone I believe this would've been resolved. I eventually had to return the item to Malaysia, and show proof. In turn, I was to be refunded my purchase price. Thus hasn’t happened. There asking for proof that I returned the item. They already have it. In order to get a partial refund for sending it back I had to show postal proof. This has been torture. I’m being taken to the cleaners by this heifer and PayPal. Someone needs to return my money, or I’ll take them to small claims court, and disparage their name
