Begginer's problem

Its the first time I'm using paypal and when I look at my account it appears as negative but i put a credit card in the paypal so  do I have to put money on the paypal or just the credit card already works to pay?

In general, if you have a negative balance in your PayPal account, I would recommend resolving it as soon as possible. Here you can find additional information. 

If you have added a card to your PayPal account, the funds on your card would not reflect on your PayPal balance. However, you do not need to have an available PayPal balance to make a payment as you can choose your card as a payment method.
