Been charged a seller’s fee by eBay for an item that the buyer has not paid for any.

Hi can some one help, I sold an item on eBay, but the buyer has cut off contact with me they have not paid for the item yet eBay have charged me £50. Can I do anything about this

Ebay is a totally separate company.
