Out of sudden my bankcard doesn't work anymore with Paypal. Done nothing weird, did tons of payments over the past year(s) and now my bankaccount doens't work anymore. (This card can't be used for this transaction.') I really need PayPal to make payments. Yes i've got enough funds on my bank thats not the case. In the helpcenter i don't get any replies or any help. This can't be serious, how can paypal not have a proper CS.. Can someone please help me out!
