Bank transfer

Hi ,I have money waiting to be claimed, but the transaction will not complete due to some error. When I go through the steps to claim the money and transfer to my bank it tells me there is a problem with pay pal and to try back in. Couple min. I have tried several times and still no luck.

Have you had email confirmation of payment and was it to the email address you have linked AND VERIFIED on your paypal account?

Was the payment in the correct currency?

Do you have a back up card linked to your account.

What does it say next to the transaction in your SENDERS Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.
