Great question! Are you trying to add your bank to his account? This isn't something that we allow, as financial accounts on PayPal accounts should only be being used by someone who owns them. If you're asking if you an use your bank to pay his PayPal account, yes, as long as you have your own PayPal account with your bank already linked. I hope this helps!
