Bank account doesnt work.

Ok so I have already linked my bank account and I have bought stuff from this store and it worked before. now Im trying to buy something and I click continue, and it either says "Your Wells Fargo Bank is not accepted" or "Please add a payment method." The  first time I bought something from this store it never did that, and now its not working. The same thing happens when I try to buy games on steam. I already linked my bank account and its confirmed and everything so I dont know why its not working.

I'm sorry to hear that the bank account on file is not presented for the transaction you're looking to make. Declines can happen for multiple reasons. Please contact customer service to allow a representative to troubleshoot the situation and assist.
