Bank Account not showing as an option during checkout (Australia)

Hi,
I'm trying to deposit into my Ladbrokes and Sportsbets accounts using my bank account via Paypal and for some reason, it only occasionally gives me the option of my bank accounts.
I literally have to re-attempt depositing 50-100 times before my bank accounts show up, otherwise, it only shows my credit cards.
What's the reasoning behind this, as they should ALWAYS be available as a payment option?
