Bandcamp - paypal issue

Money from sales i make on Bandcamp is not being transferred to my paypal account. Bandcamp team is saying that the issue is not with them and that i should check with paypal... so here i am 

please help

Have you verified your account with a linked VISA CREDIT CARD?

No i haven't 😕  

but even without linked credit card i've had payments and last one was in march 2019
