I had a payment last week, and it was deducted through Paypal and automatically from my bank account. However, today I received an email from Paypal stating that my balance is below 0 and the payment amount is the exact amount that had been deducted last week. There is no history of another transaction with the same costs amount since then and yet it seems I now have to pay Paypal. Has anyone else had a similar issue or knows how I can resolve this without having to pay again.. its quite a large sum of money.
