Hello,
A customer of mine viewed and said he paid my invoice sent through quickbooks using paypals online system, he stated that when he tried to pay it did not work so he tried again and it didn't work again. He then tried to do a bank transfer and realised he had been charged twice, I freaked out but I cant find either of his payments, my first thought was it is a scam but then he sent me a screenshot showing the two payments and it looks legit to me but i'm not an expert. The payments are for $1300.00 each !!!
What do I do ? Paypal aren't responding and I'm freaking out.
