BDO Visa Debit Cards Stopped Working on Paypal

Anyone experienced this? Just this May of the current year, BDO Unibank is not working on paypal anymore. When I called the bank, they said that they didn't put any restrictions on my account nor blocked paypal as the medium for online payment. The card that was previously working before May is BDO Visa Debit Card. I've been using Paypal as the medium to pay online since last year but this is the first time it failed on me.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having difficulty using your card. For this situation, I recommend contacting Customer Support. You can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
