Hello! I need instructions so that the system automatically cancels recurring payments when they fail the first time.

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum.
Billing Agreements on your PayPal account will not be automatically cancelled if your payment fails. You will need to manually log in and cancel any Billing Agreements you no longer wish to be active on the account.
