Automatic payment made to Facebook

I didn't use any paid Facebook features and I want a refund. I'm from Bulgaria

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

If not then click on the transaction and using the report a problem link at the bottom of that details page report it as unauthorised if that is what it was.
