I recently noticed a reoccurring payment of $20 a month to Facebook. I tried to find out from PayPal what the payment was for. I got absolutely nothing from the PayPal help center and waited a month to receive the "resolution." Well the resolution was decided against me and I still have no answer for what the payment paid for. I didn't make a claim for a payment, I just wanted an answer. Why did I have to file a claim in the first place? All I want to know is what service, app, donation, item did I pay $20 a month for. Why is it so hard to find an answer to a simple question? I have been a PayPal customer for many years. Why do I want to continue with a company that can't somehow get me to a real person to answer a question about what I paid for?
