Anyone have problems with PayPal withdrawing payments from auto payments checking account starting around Sept 2019. Been trying to get PayPal to fix this since then. I have had auto withdraw for years and it just stops and they try to blame the consumer. Sycony bank says the account number changed and PayPal didn't tell anyone to update there auto withdraw after they bought out there accounts. That didn't work.
