I purchased an item from shophq that is backordered and will not ship for several weeks. I initially paid with my PayPal balance and the money was taken out immediately from my account at the time of purchase—-I spent all of my PayPal balance in this order... 7 days later (it still hasn’t shipped)...and I see a second authorization charge—-this time on my CREDIT CARD. Shophq says that they place an authorization every 7 days until the item ships... I never intended to pay for this on my credit card. How does this work? When the item ships, will the money come from PayPal balance (the method I selected at the time of purchase) or the credit card???
