Authorization hold for a purchase made with paypal credit

I purchased something from Lands End on June 27, 2019 using my paypal credit. Four days later I cancelled the order with Lands End because the item was on backorder. The authorization is still being held as of July8. When will the funds go back to my credit availability? Lands End says if they don't "claim" the money it should drop off from a hold. Any idea how long this takes?
