Hello, i make a payment on the website shop.pinkfloyd.com . They sent me an email that i need to update my payment method due to my incorrect adress and others information. So i call them and we're agreed to cancel my orders and will try again. The problems is, the money from my paypal account is already been deducted. Also they already told me that, they didn't receive any payment from my orders. The question is
- wheres the money goes?:
-will i get my money back? How?
-when will i get the money?

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
