There is currently an authorization payment pending on my paypal account. I understand why this is there, however I am unsure when the funds will return to my bank account. Will they return when the item the seller is sending is shipped? Or do I have to wait until after my 3 payments? I have already made the first payment but the funds have not returned. Do I have to wait for the item to ship or for the next 2 payments?
