Australia company can't pay me

Hi.  An Australian company wants to by some product from me but they are unable to pay me.  I have sent a few PayPal invoices and they are not receiving them.  when I sent them an invoice link and it is invalid to them.  Also, when they simply try to send me money to my registered email address, it says it is invalid.  Any ideas as to what is causing the problem?

That's definitely a strange situation that I haven't encountered before! I would suggest reaching out to customer service to let a representative take a look at all the details of the matter. Please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for contact options or send a PM by Facebook or a DM by Twitter.

 

I hope a resolution is found quickly!
