So someone I know sent me &24 to get started on PayPal, and I loaded a prepaid MasterCard as well. I made a successful purchase on Poshmark using most of the MasterCard cash, but when I needed to use the sent PayPal balance, PayPal would not let me gain access to it without card info. Tried putting in my MasterCard info but that keeps getting declined.
