I am attempting to use my paypal as my method of payment for my app store account. Whenever I attempt to make a purchase, I get a payment declined error and a “(verify)” message next to my paypal account. My paypal is already verified. I have triple checked all payment and billing info to make sure it matches. Apple support tells me the issue is on paypal’s end and the purchase authentication is being denied. Not sure what to do at this point
