Anyone having trouble with collecting from #Ibotta?

I have been trying to collect from the Ibotta app for 3!days and it always says error. I am so frustrated. I’ve done what it says to do several times and no change, anyone else?

This didn’t help. I’ve tried the suggestions in the help center and even called PayPal, still didn’t work.
