Its no surprise to everyone else but its definitely surprise to me that paypal rips off anyone that choose. Paypal limited my account and asked for documents to be uploaded. I did and everything was good. Til my IRS stimulus payment was direct deposited in my account where paypal decided it. How may others has PAYPAL RIPPED
