I see a lot of transactions (account credits) that happened last month kept in the hold and I was asked to submit proof of shipment to release the hold. I don't remember such things happened before January. Is this a new update in PayPal?
Actually, this is a total inconvenience for me. Before all the credited amounts were withdrawn automatically the next day. Now, I am supposed to provide proof of shipment for half of the transactions.
