If you live in Germany, you can pay by instalments with Paypal. They're using their Luxembourg office for instalment payments.
However, if you live in Luxembourg you can't pay by instalments. I don't understand why it is not possible to pay by instalments if you live in Luxembourg, especially when Paypal uses their Luxembourg office to manage the instalment payments of other european countries.
Will there ever be the possibility to by by paypal instalments from Luxemburg?
