Am not able so send payments yet pay pal was able to verify my visa card. It brings an error of we are not able to complete this transaction right now. Try again later. Could any one have an idea
Same thing has been happening to me, I don't have a card linked to my account though, I have 170$ in my PayPal balance and I tried to send a payment and it gave me that same error messege
