I've sold an item to someone and they have paid thru pay pal g&s. The item was advertised offering no refunds. Just before I was about to post, they have changed their mind and want me to refund them. To my mind, we transacted in good faith. If this person has requested a refund, but I've not yet posted, am I obliged to refund? I've said that having transacted in good faith I will send the item, their reply is they will request the refund.

They can open a dispute for 'item not received' OR 'item received but not as described'.
If you post it trackable then you should win the first but if cite the second reason then paypal 'tends' to favour the buyer but the buyer has to return the item back to you trackable to prove delivery before you refund.
You can take the risk of winning, that is up to you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
