I have been working with an international company for a while, and every payment they make is through PayPal. I work per project, and often I get paid every 15 projects or so. Say I'm paid $10 USD per project, so by the time I get paid, it is for 15 projects, so $150. However, the company always lets me know that there is a -8% to that amount because of PayPal fees, so I'll only get $138, and, afterwards, I'll have another PayPal fee automatically deducted when I receive the money... Is that normal?
