Am I being scammed in some way?

Something struck me as odd about this whole transaction, I bought a submarine model off this guy, the money has left my account. But says he wants to "cancel transaction", how can he do that if the money has already left my account?

Hope everything is well.

He can actually cancel your transaction by refunding your payment.

All they need to do is click a few buttons on their PayPal account.

If you're worried about not getting your money back then you can dispute the transaction and we will help you get your money back.

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?
