I was perches some of te item at ebay.ca and that I payed my PayPall as usual but my two credit cards charged twice. The each transaction at my statements with paypall code and identical transaction numbers. A Pay Pal denied to return me my money - the answer was: Thank you for reporting this case. After reviewing your case, we found that the reported transactions were not unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. But WTHack? I use your banking system look inside please it was not $10 it was $1012 on top of my order. I will be so much appreciated for help.
