AirBnB to PayPal refund issue

AirBnB promised to refund me for cancelled reservation. 

PayPal never got the money in. 

AirBnB said we sent money on Dec 2nd, PayPal said " As i check on the transaction there is no attempts of refund happen on the transaction".

They both deny to call each other to find out where the issue is. 

Dispute I cancelled with PayPal on Nov 25th, right after AirBnB agreed to refund. I am lost.

I have currently having this issue. Did you ever get your refund? If yes, what else can I do? Its been over a month since I've had to be back and forth with communication between Airbnb and Paypal. Airbnb claims to have sent refund and Paypal is saying they haven't received it.
