im having same problem... than i look up in help section and found few answers... just to receive money u need to add purpose code and and address proof.. which didnt find where to submit these documents like aadhar pan card driving license etc.... theres only 2 option link ur account or link ur debit card... do these steps and tell us did it work... ad purpose code link ur account to bank or card
