How do I change the address that my package is going to after I already ordered it

You contact the merchant and ask if they will send to an alternative address.

However they may refuse as if they don't send to your paypal registered address at the time of payment they would lose their paypal seller protection.

If they agree to cancel then ask them to refund > then pay again AFTER adding and confirming a gift address to your paypal account and selecting that address during checkout.
