Adding to a negative balance

Hello

I need help urgently. I have a vacation home that I rent out as my business. Guests will pay me via PAYPAL as it is safest for their deposit. So now that Covid-19 has shut all travel down etc, 2 customers have asked for a full refund ASAP. I dont have the funds for another 4 weeks and have asked for an extension to pay them back. But they escalated the case on PAYPAL and wanted their money back now. What I am confused about is that PAYPAL has refunded them so now I have a negative balance of $1500USD. 

 

My question is how long do I have to pay it and how do I put the money back into my account???

 

Thankyou. I keep getting automated messages so getting worried.

That would depend on paypal customer services.

Your best bet is to contact them and state how soon you can pay it off and they will probably allow you that time if its not too long.


Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
